hm, I'm not exactly sure how to descried the process but I'll try.
Just took a quick look through your gallery (cute stuff ) and I see you have an idea on how to draw people so I'll just stick to breast (ew, not like that).

First you begin by drawing the first corner on the circle (right or left describing on which side your drawing) and from there make it as big a you want. Basically it's two circles first, then I draw the rest of the torso,waist,etc under the breast.
Um not sure how else to describe it.
I guess you could look at my pic as refs when you're trying to draw a character with big breast. ^^
